#AceNewsDesk – Three homeless men who intervened in a lawsuit to stop their forced relocation from a shelter at the Upper West Side’s Lucerne Hotel to one in the Financial District have appealed a recent ruli ng green-lighting the move

According to New York Post “Ramone Buford, Larry Thomas and Travis Trammell were three homeless men, among over 200, who were being housed at the controversial Manhattan shelter during the pandemic and who the city planned to move to a Radisson hotel in the FiDi.”
