A painter and decorator who left his girlfriend permanently scarred when he bit her face and pulled ‘as if he wanted to rip her face off’ has been jailed for two years. Lincoln Whyte, 29 flew into violent rages when his girlfriend Afusatu Akinsanya argued with him when he was staying with her in March this year. The crazed boyfriend choked his girlfriend until she passed out then sobbed when she woke up and told her he needed counselling, Snaresbrook crown court heard:
